Recently, I stumbled upon this photoblog - dailyMalaysia.org.
dailyMalaysia.org is an online project that is updated in journal-like fashion with a new locally shot photo each day by a contributing photographer selected for the week.
The next week, a new photographer will take over the job and so on.
The idea was greatly inspired by Scene from my life (formerly adayinthelife.org), which has succesfully collected images by photographers from all over the world since June 2002.
Why dailyMalaysia.org? What is different with this one obviously is that the photos are taken in Malaysia. The theme or subject matter however is left entirely to the photographer.
I am participating in this week’s photo blog. So, each day I have a purpose. Go out and take photos. Today is my second day participating in this photoblog.
I took my toddler down to the swimming pool in my apartment block and we walked around the area searching for something to shoot. I found this gourd vines along the fence and the little flowers are so pretty! It looks like some alien’s head gear, right?
Surf over to dailyMalaysia.org for more photos of Malaysian scenes.
