This may be a bit far, but one of the best kid friendly place i know at the Jaya Jusco shopping mall in Klang. There's a Secret REcipe in a clothes store called "Voir" and there's a mini "kidsport" (FOC) just right beside the tables. you can actually eat while watching out for your kids.

Was at Taiwan Kocha @ Burmah road. THey also provide colorful plates & cutleries.

There is a restaurant at Pekaka Sq (Sg Dua) that has child size tables, menus, playground, life size cartoon statues. Even a stage for kids to sing karaoke (i think). Never been in there but can see fr outside. Looks like a fun place for kids.

Most of the restaurants in Singapore are quite children-friendly (i.e. they provide crayons or colour pencils and some papers with drawings to keep the children occupied while waiting for food). In Malaysia hardly come across such restaurants.

As for the fork shown in the photo, you can get them from Ikea. Very colourful, comes in 4 different colours.
