Do you know that these little convenience stalls are all over the world? They seem to be a tourist attraction to me. The ones I found in Paris and Milan (and a few other cities in Italy) were the most attractive. It is placed high up (you need to point out what you want) and they have everything!
Back here, we know we can count on these little roadside stalls. I must say it is very hard to find them in Kuala Lumpur. Probably, the petrol stations have taken over their business.
You can find ice-cold drinks, batteries, sweets, medicines, toys and all the things you need. They also probably have the widest range of junk foods.
Who can live without them? What is your most common purchase from these stalls? Hmmm…I think I know the answer.
