Recently, I stumbled upon this shop specialising in bakery stuffs and am hooked on baking. The shop provides tiny pieces of papers with recipes using ingredients of their quick-mix flour. You can find pizza, cakes, breads and etc recipes.
Therefore, baking is child’s play.
The recipe I used for making chocolate moist cake consists of :
200 gms butter
500 gm pre-mix flour (containing cocoa powder, flour and sugar I think)
4 eggs
110 ml UHT chocolate milk
and
50 grams corn oil
Mix. Bake in 175 deg. C oven for about 30-40 minutes.
The chocolate moist cake turned out marvellously. I added some Hershey bitter chocolate (melted cooking chocolate with some UHT milk) toppings and they are simply delicious. Much better than most of the moist cakes I can find.
If you are a Penangite, do check out this shop:

I love the pix of your toddler eyeing those cakes - he has this wishful look that says, “hurry up as I am hungry.”

foodcrazee - My kids never wear clothes at home, save me half the laundry job. LOL.
chengsim - Yeah, surprised me too. ‘Cos I had baked many times but all failures.
boo - Hahaha, he is actually contemplating where to put the stars sprinkles. In deep thoughts. And finally, he did the easy way, drop all of them into one cupcake. Going to check your recipe like foodcrazee recommended!
