Video on potato peeling

I got this from a forwarded mail. It is a few simple steps to peel potato.

  1. Cut a line across the potato with skin
  2. Boil it the normal way
  3. Dunk the potato into ice water for 10 seconds
  4. Pinch both ends and voila, the skin comes off easily
