What are the hotels/accomodation/lodging in Mont Kiara area?

With the opening of the Mont Kiara skatepark, looks like we have to hang around the place more often than usual.  My children are going to the Mont Kiara newly opened skatepark this weekend.  So, KL folks, what are the places available there?  Preferably suite style because there are six of us.  No five star lodgings, please!  Hahaha, we will be dead broke before we even go for shopping.

Any names/websites to suggest?  Please?

  1. There isn’t any, we usually put our clients in Cititel/Boulevard at Mid Valley or Eastin which are both reasonably priced and quite nearby.

(My office is in Mon’t Kiara).

  2. Eastin – i heard that they charge less during weekends to encourage those partying downstairs to stay a night and not drunk-driving, rooms are relatively big in size

Cititel/Boulevard – Shopping is just around the corner

  3. I would suggest to go for Cititel Mid Valley. If you are a Citibank card holder you can get 50% off room rate. Not sure whether they have family suite. Call 03-22961188 for more inquiries or if your ATM is a cardholder of other banks, check out what they have to offer. Weekend rates are normally discounted.

  4. Lisa De Inn…already PJ, near Jaya Supermarket??? I hear got nocturnal activities!!! (And Wuching! I state with no reservations whatsoever that I never stayed there and I never will!) Drove past once with one of my KL girlfriends! He he he he he!

  5. STP – Wuah…you travel a lot for a teacher hor? What kind of teacher ha? Ketua Jabatan Pendidikan kah?

Tks for all the feedbacks. I had stayed in Cititel, Boulevard but not the rest. Let’s see where I end up.

  6. U can consider Eastin Hotel in Phileo D’sara (i work here!). Abt 3 and a half star la. Just a stone’s throw away from mont kiara, ikea and 1 utama.

But yes, Lisa De Inn in ss2 wud be the best and most budget friendly choice.

  7. Ha ha ha! U’re not the 1st 1 to say that. The DJ on traxxFm got msgs from me from here, there and everywhere and commented, “You cikgu…or some kind of travelling salesman???” I get roped in for many things – kay po, that’s why!!! Don’t mind the little breaks from the boring routine in school though!
