Used this date to make cake but choose those with softer skin. Taste good !!!! Get those unseed one and stuff it with toasted almond. Make it like a kind of dessert.

I had those fresh arabic dates two Ramadhan ago and I planted one of the seats in my mom’s cactus pot and a few months later it sprouted and has since transplanted it to a large “kiam nui” jar filled it with sand and the date tree is now growing slowly and maybe a few Ramadhans’ down the road I will have my own fresh dates to give to my muslim friends hahahaha

eh so cheap geh? my colik gave me one of the yellow one. the first couple of bites kinda numbing taste but after more bites they were pretty normal. she told me its RM18 per kg!
