Sau koong (wrapping up for the year)

Chinese businesses normally have this term, sau koong or wrapping up business for the year. Looks like I am going to do that for the time being until after Chinese New Year.

I will be spending my time away from home during Chinese New Year but will definitely return and make a big makan for my relatives. I cannot face the crowds, the chores and the increased price of food items right now. It is too chaotic. Let’s wait till the crazy rush is over and I will be back, baking, cooking and sharing with readers.

Meanwhile, I will like to take this opportunity to thank all readers for visiting the site.

To all Chinese, Gong Xi Fa Cai. May the year of the golden boar brings you lots of happiness, good health and lots of good foods.
