I am new to your site and an amateur cook. I love the roast duck recipe you presented and will try it this Sunday. I have tried some duck recipes but somehow not able to get rid of the smell. I do not know how the hawkers do it. I have inserted the cavity with ginger and garlic and 5 spice powder to no avail. Are there any known methods?. Appreciate some assistance as I love eating duck.

Looks really good! I'm living near Atlanta so we get wonderful roast duck from there and it's not too expensive (for us). Well, compared to RM of course it's pricey. I pay about USD15-20 for a whole duck, that's how much in RM eh?

Where can I get your address so I can mail you fun stuff to try and make food with? keke
