Oh my Bukit Tambun, my family and I used to stop by every time we go back Penang for a seafood feast. Did you go to Gee Seng or something cos I remember a really “duh” guy working there who is perhaps the worse waiter in the world. But what can u expect from a little eating hut like that..:P

rizlan – Udang mantis? Jangan cuba. I tried several times and they always berkecai, don’t know why. No matter how I prepared it, the flesh turned mushy. I tried coating with flour and fry, steam it whole, boil it, semua pun berkecai.

lemongrass – It is but I would prefer a plain steam.

babe – Ok, noted! Thanks.

cindy – Not really good lah. All those chilies killed the taste.

wmv – I told them, steam and thought they will vary it to plain steam and this cos if fresh seafoods, they don’t need that many chili and ginger. But both ended up the same.
