So hungryyyyyy…

I have packed my camera, lens and tripod, ready to go to the Bon Odori festival in Penang. But the rain came down and spoilt my plan. It is no fun going there when I cannot take photos. With the rain, it is madness to even go out with a DSLR camera. So, I tried hunting for Bon Odori photos on my Flickr but instead, I fell into my food photos album.

It makes me soooo hungrryyyyy…

Right now, I want this ketayap which is available hot from one couple who follow the pasar malam circuit here. I want that fragrant pandanl crepe with coconut fillings.

And I crave these ‘orh nee’ or yam paste which is available from Goh Teow Kee. It has some bits of orange peels in those yam paste made with lard. The orange peel makes the lemak orh nee, tangy.

Doughnuts I made. Better than Dunkin’, just a little less nicer than Jamie Oliver.
