I have forgotten if I have blogged about this popular koay teow th’ng stall in Lorong Susu. It has been a while I ate there so I suppose the post will be very old as well.
Due to blogging, I have gotten into the habit of asking for extra ingredients in all my foods. I asked for extra and the old man gave me so many fishballs, I cannot see the koay teow at all.
The stall is perched by the drain and only available from late noon. Besides this koay teow th’ng, the bak chang is also very nice as well.
This koay teow thng uses a lot of ducks. They have ducks’ webs right up to the blood, intestines and meat as well. You an ask for a plate of extra meat, webs or anything you fancy. Lorong Susu is off Jalan Macalister.
My posts have been slow here because of things at home.
BTW, Babe, if you are reading this, I may not be able to take part in the Merdeka Open House because I am car-less which means I am stalled at home and won’t be able to buy anything fresh in the morning. If I do it, I want to make sure it is a proper dish and not something easy. Moreover, I won’t be around end of this week. Enjoy the Merdeka!
