oops…the salt might be me…i remembered putting in too much salt in one batch of steaks because of the new mixture for the seasoning changed without anyone notifying me.

Visited Hardwicke House several times. At first it was marvellous. Last visit bit dissapointing. Dishes leaned towards the salty. Signature dishes were below expectation. Maybe expectation too high or cook was in a bad mood that nite? Saving grace was the dessert. Had the combination plate and couldn’t decide which I liked best – this is a dilemma I WOULD wish on everyone.
