		<description>my mom said, to make it crispy put kapur, little bit kelapa parut (sorry dunno how to translate it), rice flour ,eggs and little bit tumeric flour for yellowish color and to reduce egg smell i guess.

		<description>ooo...my mouth is watering from the sight of the pisang rajah! they&#039;re my favourite bananas...much much better than pisang berangan. i have never attempted to fry pisang goreng..don&#039;t think i can get it just like the ones they sell at free school road.</description>

		<description>Seems the thin layer of crest secret are found by many but not all. One of the PJ SS2 pisang goreng hawker are sell similar pisang goreng, RM50 per pcs, using pisang emas.  The flour mixture looks a bit yellowish. Maybe rice flour + corn flour?</description>
