normally i prefer not to use premix. but like you said, premixes are really fast, easy and idiot proof! i guess the key is to find a premix brand that you like.

I think my mum has some like business relation with them. I love premix. Kaka, cause my cake will less likely fail. =P But it’s fun. I do refer to recipe books and stuff to bake but i find premix easier cause you won’t like miss some ingredients lor. It’s all in it anyway. I love blueberry muffins. Been quite some time since I last ate blueberry muffins
