Bangkok Lane mee goreng is featured in Astro AEC programme “Ah Xian” something….sometime ago. The stall owner can speak fluent Hokkien.

Btw, we used to get our office boy to “tapau” mee sotong from Esplanade Hawker Centre (too bad I am not sure exactly which stall). Anyone knows about it ?

I was back in Pg for almost 2 weeks. I went to 5 different places to get Mee Goreng Mamak:- JOnes Road, Pantai Jerejak, Bangkok Lane, Edgecumbe Road (now in Gurney Drive) and Asia kopitiam.

For me, these are the 5 best MGM. Can’t rank them. Each has its own distinctive taste.

I’m a Penangite working in KL and Bangkok Lane is a must go whenever I go back. But this saturday morning when i read this… you make me salivate-lah! Aiyo… I miss this so much. =(

And agree with Bryan too, the one near the roundabout is quite good. But got to wait really long that one.
