We also went to similar type of dining, by Taylor’s student. Very worth it, but yes, as guinea pigs.

theNG – My son and his coursemates only cook on Friday. They are in their second year for the Diploma in Professional Chef so I cannot guarantee quality of the food wor. But one has to buy the tickets through the students cos they only cook for limited number of pax. They also have to sell off the tickets before their weekly duty or else they have to eat and pay for the foods, themselves. Hehehe, marketing training, I guess. This coming Friday, 1st May they are closed, btw.
