1 kati (600 gm) tapioca flour (fried with bunch of pandan leaves till light and fluffy) leave to cool overnight
4 egg yolks
1/2 rice bowl of sugar
enough coconut milk (boil with sugar (above), a pinch of salt, and cool)
1/2 tsp baking powder
